Job Description
* As a bench sales recruiter involved in selling the consultants, Including searching, qualifying, scheduling the interview,
* Involved in sales for example bench consultants to the vendor clients to the requirement
* Searching the requirements allotted beach from portals, groups, or from contacts, sharing the requirement to the consultant, if consultant fine with the requirement and rate need to submit the resume to the recruiter
* Speaking with the recruiters and getting the best rate, suggested by the management
* Getting requirements for the bench consultants from various source like, prime vendors and other networking sites
* Keep tracking the start date and end date of bench consultants
* Maintain daily and weekly status list
* Setup interviews and closed candidates for the various positions
* Actively involved in marketing the consultants for open positions
