Job Description for team leaders
- On the job Product training of new joiners
- Maintain mis for allocated pool
- Tracking callers properly
Inspire /motive callers to achieve targets sending pickup files to FPRs
Coordinate with bank fprs
Identifying critical cases and act accordingly
Prepare strategies for achieving team targets
Desired Candidate Profile
2-4 years of relevant exp
Good communication skills
Knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of collection process ,specially domestic collections
