1)Should be comfortable to work in US shifts ( Early morning/Graveyard/ late night)
2)HSC or Graduate passed out need to have minimum 6 months of international voice experience into Technical domain for telecom client or 12 months & above Customer Service ep.
3)Hands on experience into customer service/Technical calls
Role is not open for fresher only experience candidates
