Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher's & Experience)
Experience : 0 -1 years
Location: Hyderabad(Onsite)
Job Type - Full Time /Night Shift(Mon-Fri)
Timings: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST
Facilities: Food, accommodation & Travel allowances
Females preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Good understanding of IT jobs , Technologies and Skills, Should have excellent knowledge understanding on complete life cycle of the Bench Sales / Bench Marketing.
- Expert in Job Portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn etc., mass emailing and other networking methods.
- Build a relationship, regular interaction and follow-up with consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
- Should have a good network of Tier 1/ Prime Vendor and keep identifying and adding new vendors .
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Should be willing to work in US timings.
- Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks.
- Strong focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
Salary: As per the industry norms (Negotiable)
