Job description

Job Summary

Responsbile for development of inhouse applications and customization of Core banking
Manage relationship with business units, understanding of business requirements and delivery of quality codes to meet desired results
Provide necessary support in resolution of bugs/ functioning of developed codes

Detailed Responsibilities

Understand business requirements and make necessary clarification with business units Build System Requriments Specification/Technical design document and Develop source code based on SRS Deliver a business focused and high performing development and customization service Prepare documentation for application manual Maintain and continually improve application and software delivery methodologies and standards Follow any quality management processes to the teams activities are followed Follow with SDLC improvements around processes, tools, standards and the overall quality of work produced by the Applications Development team. Liase with business units in understanding of business requirements, and work with unit head for estimating (time, cost and resource requirements) and plan for proposed solutions Involve in design of software or cusotmization components, and the development of activities Maintain version control, configuration and defect management activities for all code developed.

Work with QA team that UAT are undertaken to ensure that ongoing releases of code meet agreed requirements and are fit for purpose Ensure changes to baseline requirements are effectively applied through the appropriate change control processes and tools. Ensure security measures and technology processes are adequately followed in unit

Qualification

1) BE, B-Tech/ Bachelor in Computer Science/ BCA
2) Knowledge on JAVA/ORACLE/SQL and Core Banking System
