Please note that this is a contractual role to begin with, and the contract is extendable. Conversion will depend on performance and openings with the business in question.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling HR Backend Operations
• Onboarding, Separations and Transfers, Leaves and Benefits, Compensation
• Maintaining trackers on daily basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• With experience of 0-2 years who can join immediately will be preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Any undergraduate degree
• Shift Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm
• Experience of working on Applications like (SAP / HR Online) will be an added advantage.
