Position: US IT Recruiter.
Location: Hyderabad / Chennai.
Mode: Full Time.
Immediate to Max 15 days Joiners only needed.
Requisite: Hands-on in US IT recruitment, excellent communication, and articulation, team player, ready to go the extra mile.
Roles & responsibilities:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in the entire U.S. Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/rate negotiation.
- Energetic and willing to work for Nightshift.
- Manage full-cycle Recruiting: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
- Source candidates from various Job Portals especially from LinkedIn.
- Evaluate candidates for the requirements based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications.
- Conduct preliminary screening and short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement and negotiate rate/salary.
- Coordinating with the Hiring Managers to schedule interviews, know the feedback of the candidates, and improve sourcing based on the discussions.
- Closing the positions within the stipulated time and following up with the candidate after the offer is made.
- Achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Understand the client requirements and map relevant targets.
- Build and maintain excellent relationship with candidates and the hiring team.
- Keep yourself updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
