Job Description:-
- Product / Technical support with knowledge of HTML, Java script and CSS.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to end-to-end usage of advertisement operations tool.
- Follow the workflow & adhere to SLAs - TFR, TRT, TAT, and FCR.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Ad Serving issues for high-end clients like Financial Times, eBay, The Guardian, CBS, etc.
- Provide e-mail and chat support for issues raised by publishers. Issues can be related to ad serving/ reporting/ ad delivery/ page implementation /creative development.
- Work along with publishers on accounts to enable features and to resolve UI related issues.
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet defined SLA.
- To consistently meet or exceed all agreed quality parameters as defined for the process.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Help with research and troubleshooting of tough tickets.
- Knowledge Gap Reduction.
- Process improvement & Escalations management.
- Product support/Application Support experience.
- Troubleshooting the issues related to ad servicing.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Freshers with knowledge in HTML / CSS are eligible.
- Experinced candidates - 1 - 4 years of experience in google adwords(Digital marketing), with basic knowledge in HTML / CSS.
- Immediate Joiners are only eligible.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work with individuals, companies and large clients.
- Ability to work on complex troubleshooting scenarios under stringent deadlines.
- Must be willing to work in Night Shift.
- Candidate must have completed degree(No backlogs) / Diploma candidates are not eligible.
