Responsibility:
The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by daily responsibilities, which include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Screening resumes on Job Portals
- Performing phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships both internally and candidates to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Completing timely reports on employment activity

Eligibility Criteria:

- Position: HR Recruiter (IT & NON-IT)
- CTC: 1.38 Lakh Per Annum + Performance based incentives every month
- Candidates who are staying very far from Kukatpally are not eligible to apply.
- Out station freshers candidate also can apply who are fine to relocate to Hyderabad
