For Finance Roles: Job description

• Track financial transactions, including M&A, Partnerships, and Capital Raising (through debt and equity, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions)
• Having the ability to use online and other secondary research materials quickly and effectively, searching both systematically and intuitively to deliver optimum results, ensure all deals / transactions are updated with the latest info available
• A finance savvy, with knowledge on company finanicals
  

For Non Finance : Job Description

• Manage large company filing volumes, types, associated companies, and sources

• Research new sources with focus on global coverage across all GD sectors
• Perform quality checks on parameters curated and tagging accuracy
• Strong content writing abilities for insights and analysis
• Ability to structure and put together presentations in a structured and succinct manner

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think independently.
• Ability to normalize data through secondary research. Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel / Word).
• Good communication skills

Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) skills

• Attention to detail with ability to verify and sanity check large amounts of data quickly.
• Sanity checks on data curated for content quality and tagging
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think independently.
• Strong written English with an ability to structure written work for meaning and flow.
• Review work quickly. Effectively identify problems and solutions.
• Awareness of global business environment and major market issues driving business environments
• Able to work and deliver under pressure
• Have ability to clearly communicate to team members, internal and external parties
