Salary during Training for 3 Months - 15K Stipend (Take home)

Job Description :
Understand IT requirements of clients as well as IT resource needs and deliver qualified consultants
As a Recruiter you need to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions.
Also review and present resumes to hiring managers.
Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates.
Review and understand technical job requirements.
Research on new technologies.
Follow up with candidates.
Ability to build strong relationships.
Should have excellent communication
Ready to work in Nightshifts (US Timings)
Cab Drop Facility available for FEMALE EMPLOYEES
