Reviwed the reported content withon the agreed trunaround times and standred of quality, 

Recognised the treands and pattrents and escalte issues outside of the company policy to the gobal tearm strong tearm ethic, with the ability to work both independently with the contect of the longer team oriented work.

Respond to customers enquire and problem escaltions

Provide email support to troubleshoot and reslove the experience with client accounts and other technical issues

Provide a excellent customer service to our clients.

Education; Gradution/degree strong written and spoken skills required

Shifts Fexible 24*7
