Roles and Responsibilities :
Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over email, chat or the web
Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion
Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming
Excellent written skills in English, strong on grammar.

Superior customer service skills and team work
Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience
Exceptional written business communication skills
Computer savvy with Microsoft office skills
College degree preferred; some programs require diploma

Experience in a service industry such as a BPO, call center, hospitality, retail or other customer service-oriented organization preferred
