CSA is required to handle outbound/Inbond calls for banking & Telecom process.

Pre- Requisites:

• Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 18 years of Age.
• Candidate should be good speaking in Telugu & English, Hindi.

• Day shift (Banking process)
• Rotational Shifts (Telecom Process)

Eligibility Criteria:-

Graduate/Under graduate (any degree)

Fresher/Experienced (0-1 yrs)

Job Description:-

1. Good communication skills Telugu or (Hindi and English)

2. Handling Outbound/Inbound calls (Domestic process)

3. Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization
