Basic Requirement :
- Candidates should have 1 year of international BPO (voice) experience or Excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge about ISP, Telecom, Networking, Customer Support
- Graduates and Undergraduate with experience both can apply
- Flexible to Work from Home and office
- Candidates with customer care / Tech support/ Telecom Background preferred
- Should be flexible with rotational sift
- Two way cab will be provided
- 5 days working 2 days off
- Work Location - Hi Tech City - Hyderabad
Experience
- At least 1-3 years in Tech support environment desirable or similar profile from an International voice process.
- Excellent communication can also apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Fluent in English verbal and Nonverbal
- Excellent telephone skills
- Customer focused
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Ability to adapt to continuously changing procedures and environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
