Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Support Associate (Chat Support)

• Candidate prime role will be assisting the customers through Email & Chat.
• Deliver an experience to every customer, meeting Client service standards
• Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately.
• Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate can apply
• Excellent Communication skills
• Should be ready to work with rotational shifts
• Should be comfortable working from Home
• Must have WIFI connectivity at home.
• Immediate joiners only
  

Shifts: Night rotational shift
