Responsibilities :
- Contact Center Hyderabad caters to 3 regions India, United Kingdom and Middle East North Africa
- Customer Care agent will be responsible for addressing customer queries and upselling Bank product / service as applicable
- First call resolution / maintaining the service levels across regions and Average call handling time are the primary KRAs
- Agent must be comfortable to work in a 24/7 working environment with flexible week offs
Requirements :
- Minimum qualification 10+2/Any Graduation
