Service Desk associate :-

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Basic Computer knowledge to troubleshoot desktop, laptop and

answering support queries via phone, email, Chat and Web.

• Managing Data and implementing changes, providing employees/Clients

with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving complaints.

• Responding in a timely manner to service issues, request, and take care

of the complete operations.

• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving

hardware or software faults.

Qualification: Any Degree (Excluding BE/ Btech, Bca , MBA, Mtech, Msc, Mcom)

Only 2019 /2020 Graduates

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Willing to work in Rotational shifts.
• Willing to Relocate.
• 5 days working/ 2 rotational off
• 1.8 LPA
• Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Banglore
• As of now Work from Home.
