Software Engineer (Java Product Development and Support)

Skills Required

• Java Spring, Spring Boot, AWS, RESTFUL/SOAP Web services
• Linux Command commands to go through log files.
• Databases: MySQL or Oracle or MS SQL (RDBMS) and Mongo DB or DynamoDB (no SQL databases).

You Are The Kind Of Person Who Will

• 0-3 years of experience in the Java Development or Java Production Support
• Should have good experience / knowledge in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTFUL/SOAP Web services
• Should have good Unix / Linux experience
• Familiarity with Databases - MySQL or Oracle or MS SQL (RDBMS) and Mongo DB or DynamoDB (no SQL databases).

• Familiarity with Web Servers - Apache Tomcat
• Exposure to cloud development (AWS / Azure)
• Exposure to multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Strong debugging / troubleshooting skills in production environments
• Should have the capability to identify issues and come up with RCA quickly.
• Strong in understanding the current code and the proposed enhancements.

• Provide complete support for Pro-Vigil Surveillance Support.
• Works in 24/7 Shifts.
