Job Description:Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Support Associate (Voice Support)

• Candidate prime role will be assisting the customers through Voice.
• Deliver an experience to every customer, meeting Client service standards.
• Healthcare Process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only Graduate / Postgraduate can apply
• Fresher with excellent communication skills.
• Should be ready for a service level agreement of 18 months.
• Should be ready to work in night shifts.
• Ready to work from office.
• Location: Hyderabad/Chennai

Shifts: US Shifts and fixed Saturday and Sunday off.
