We have openings for our International Chat process.


Job Description is given below:


Educational Qualification - UG Can apply / Any Graduate can apply

Age- <45 Year

Work Experience -- 6 to 12 months- Associate

12 months to 23 Months -Associate

24 & more months Exp Sr. Associate

Skill and Ability-


1. Experience (Minimum 6 months) in chat support in any International BPO process, Premium BPO process, customer service, telecom and billing preferred

2. Ability to address customer complaints, or other issues with products or services

3. Flexible enough to meet the needs of your diverse customer base





4. Sales skill for conversion will be an added advantage

5. Excellent judgment and decision making skills

6. High attention to details and customer centricity

7. Active listener / empathy / good listening / Comprehension ability/ grammar skills/multi-tasking

8. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and willing to work on holidays basis business requirements

9. Willingness to learn basic troubleshooting to resolve customer issues through the tools and raise tickets on the same

10. Should be able to manage 3 to 5 chats at one time

11. Communication skill should be International Versant 5 & above


Communication- Should possess good command on written English &Chat skills (International Versant 5 & above)


Computer Proficiency - Should know basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems


RESPONSIBILITIES - Customer Support Advisor will be responsible for Customer Service and handle telecom related billing enquires from the end customer. Provide basic troubleshooting to the customer via tools provided and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. via message / chat support


  • Interview Rounds -

Initial HR Screening:

1. Recruiter Screening as per the JD

2. Typing Test min 35-40 WPM and 90% accuracy

Training Round: Skill Check

1. Chat round (Basis Generic Customer Service Scenario)

Ops Round:

1. Competency Based Interview with Operations.

HR / Offer discussion: if selected Documentation, Offer etc.


Job Location- Noida (Sector 127) and Hyderabad (Bahadurpally)


Additional Information-

Shifts 24/7 and 5/7 days Working Project with 2 Split Week off.

Working on Holidays / weekends as per business requirements.

Transport will be Governed by Tech M BPS policy.

Night Shift Allowance applicable i.e. 50 per Night Shift.
