We are hiring for AR Calling US Healthcare Voice Process.
Looking for enthusiastic candidates who want to build their carrier in International customer service with having excellent written and verbal skills.
NOTE: Must have Excellent Communication skills " Only Graduates freshers can apply"
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions.
- Manage A/R accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Must possess good communication skill with neutral accent.
- Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
- Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Comfortable with night shift
- Comfortable with WFO-Work from office
- Having excellent English communication
- Ready to join immediately.
- Salary upto 3LPA.
Required Candidate profile :-
- Graduate (freshers ) and Graduates.
- Looking for immediate joiners only.
- Ready to work from Office.
Designation : Associate
- Level : 1
- Customer Support Service
- Candidate prime role will be assisting the customers through Calls.
- Looking for candidates with an Excellent in communications and interpersonal skills / candidates with International BPO experience can be an added advantage.
