Job Description: Customer Service Jobs

  • Respond to customer quires and concerns
  • Demonstrates effective clear, Professional written and oral communication, problem solving skills, critical thinking and logical reasoning.
  • Basic knowledge of how digital payments and sales works.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum undergraduates ( Intermediate or +2 ) / Graduate.
  • Freshers / Experienced are eligible. Result awaited candidate can also apply
  • Fluency in written and verbal in English language.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
  • Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach
  • You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shifts)
