Job Description: Customer Service Jobs
- Respond to customer quires and concerns
- Demonstrates effective clear, Professional written and oral communication, problem solving skills, critical thinking and logical reasoning.
- Basic knowledge of how digital payments and sales works.
Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum undergraduates ( Intermediate or +2 ) / Graduate.
- Freshers / Experienced are eligible. Result awaited candidate can also apply
- Fluency in written and verbal in English language.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach
- You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shifts)
