Roles and Responsibilities:

An International Voice Process Job is a job where the executives are assigned to handle the calls from customers in different countries, particularly the U.S.,Dubai etc. These jobs include product and service support or technical support in which the customer is calling to solve an issue.


Required Candidate profile :

Must be fluent in English

Freshers/ Experience are Eligible with Excellent communication skills.

Excellent communication Can Apply.

Undergraduate /Graduation Can Apply.

Must be good in Typing.

Working days - 5 Days

Two way cab facility

Candidate who is comfortable working from office can Apply.

They interact directly with customers to listen to concerns, resolve problems, and recommend products and services according to the needs of each individual.
