Hiring For Semi Voice Process Day Shift
No Sales / No Target
Role: Customer Support/Merchant Support Associate
Industry Type- BPO
Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent
Education Qualification- Any Graduation
Work Location: Hi-tech City. (Work from Office)
6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
Pure dayshifts only
Both Male and Female can apply
SALARY- 2.4 to 3.6 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling customer & merchant calls.
Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
Handling enquiry and service calls.
Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls.
Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
Eligibility Criteria: -
1. Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi. (Write and speak in Hindi is Mandatory)
2. Experience candidates from min 6 months can apply
3. Voice/Semi Voice/Non-Voice Process experience is considered.
4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.
5. Good typing skills (25-30 WPM)
6. Immediate Joiners preferred
7.One way cab facility. (Only for night time logout)
