We are currently hiring dynamic individuals to join our team in the role of AR Calling Freshers with a two-way cab facility for candidates living within a 25 Km radius of our office in Hyderabad.
Roles and Responsibilities of AR Calling Freshers
As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Initiating telephone calls to insurance companies to request claim status for outstanding balances on patient accounts.
- Taking appropriate actions based on the status of claims and managing A/R accounts to ensure timely follow-up.
- Communicating effectively with insurance providers and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Desired Skills: Strong communication skills with a neutral accent and the ability to handle calls professionally.

Requirements for AR Calling Role
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Work From Office (WFO): This is an office-based role.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Graduate: A graduate degree is mandatory for this position.
- Positive attitude and flexibility towards work.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team and maintain professionalism.
