Mode of Work: Work from Office

Location: Hyderabad

Working Days: 5 Days

Shift: UK/US Rotational Shift

Salary: From 2.16 LPA to 3.12 LPA

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Only candidates who have completed BCA, B.E, or B.Tech can apply.
  • Gender: Only female candidates are eligible for this role.

Responsibilities:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your main role will be to act as the primary interface between the client and the system or application. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems run smoothly by leveraging your communication skills and deep product knowledge. Here's what you’ll be doing:

  • Client Issue Resolution: Accurately define client issues and provide resolutions based on your technical expertise.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients receive timely and efficient support.
  • System and Application Support: Work on resolving technical issues related to software applications, ensuring smooth operations.

Your dedication to maintaining high-quality service standards will be crucial in the daily tasks of this role.


Professional & Technical Skills Required:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Customer Service Operations is essential for this role.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Desktop Transformation is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze technical information and deliver appropriate solutions.

Key Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support tools.

Preferred Candidate Profiles:

  • Comfortable working in US shifts.
  • Solid understanding of troubleshooting methodologies.
