Roles and Responsibilities of a Bench Sales Recruiter
As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for selling bench consultants and managing the entire recruitment process, including searching for job requirements, qualifying consultants, scheduling interviews, negotiating rates, and closing deals. Below are the key roles and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling Bench Consultants: Involved in marketing bench consultants to vendors and clients by identifying potential requirements.
- Consultant Sourcing: Use job portals, networking groups, and contacts to find job requirements for your allotted bench.
- Negotiation: Work closely with recruiters to ensure competitive rate negotiations for consultants.
- Marketing Bench Consultants: Promote bench consultants to Tier 1 vendors and identify new vendors for the company.
- Vendor Interaction: Develop long-term relationships with prime vendors and call them regularly to present consultants and negotiate rates.
- Consultant Placement Process: Handle the process from initial contact to final placement, including interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed daily and weekly status reports through MS Excel.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep track of start and end dates for bench consultants and ensure smooth placement transitions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in bench sales in the USA.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate rates and manage client/vendor relationships.
- Understanding of Bench Sales: Must have a solid understanding of bench sales dynamics and the staffing industry.
- Positive Attitude: A hard-working and positive-minded individual is a must for success in this role.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in bench sales or related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Location: Candidates must be based in Hyderabad, Telangana, or willing to relocate.

Pay Scale:
