Minimum Qualifications:
- Any Graduate - B.Sc, B.Com, BA, etc. (Not looking any B.Tech/BE graduates)
- Strong verbal and written communication are a MUST
- Should be ready to work in US Timing (Night Shift.)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform activities towards End to end IT Recruitment right from sourcing up to placement.
- Learn, understand and practice US staffing best practices.
- Sourcing & screening and shortlisting resumes based on desired skills
- Coordinating with interview-panel for telephone, Skype, and Personal interviews.
- Good to have IT skills Knowledge and MS Office.
