Key Qualifications for All Positions:
- Educational Requirements: Graduates or postgraduates from any year.
- Availability: Open to working night shifts.
- Position Types: Opportunities for both voice and non-voice roles.
Work Timing:
- Shift: US shift (Fixed Shift - Monday to Friday).
- Weekly Off: Saturdays and Sundays.
Salary: Competitive, based on market standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. US IT Recruiter/Bench Sales (3 Positions):
- Conduct online resume searches for suitable candidates.
- Align candidate resumes with job descriptions to match qualifications.
- Perform phone and email screenings for US-based candidates (US citizens, Green Card holders, H1B visa holders).
- Negotiate salaries, determine candidate interest and availability, and coordinate technical interviews.
2. Sales/Presales/Inside Sales/Online Sales (2 Positions):
- Build and maintain a database of key decision-makers from target companies in the US.
- Develop networks to generate customer leads and identify potential opportunities.
- Conduct market research, email campaigns, outbound cold calls, and utilize social media to generate new leads.
- Follow up with leads to understand customer pain points and qualify opportunities.
- Set up appointments, demos, or presentations with Sales Managers or the presales team.
3. BPO/Call Center (2 Positions):
- Engage in inbound and outbound calling to assist clients and customers.
- Provide high-quality service to address inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Maintain professional communication with US-based clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Research Analyst (3 Positions):
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and business trends.
- Analyze data and compile reports on potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams to generate insights from research findings and support business decisions.
