Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Process: Handle customer queries and provide solutions.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• Work from Office: You will be required to work on-site at our office location.
• Rotational Shifts & Week Offs: Flexibility in working hours and scheduled time off.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

• Freshers: 0 to 1 year of experience.
• Experience: 1+ year in customer care or related fields.

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹17,000/- (PF/ESI deductions apply).
• Experienced Candidates: ₹18,000/- (PF/ESI deductions apply).

Note: Immediate joiners are preferred.

Interview Process

The selection process includes 4 rounds to assess your suitability for the role:

1. Self Introduction

• Introduce yourself and your skills to the interview panel.

2. Typing Test

• Speed: 25 words per minute (WPM).
• Accuracy: 85% accuracy is required.

3. Versant Test

• Level: 4th level proficiency.

4. HR & Client Round

• Discuss your fit for the role with HR and our client team.
