Business Development Jobs Roles and Responsibilities
- Identifying, qualifying, and acquiring business opportunities; coordinating business
generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Identifying new sales leads
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up
meetings
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients
objectives
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential
client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for
proposals
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and
working with the client through the closing process
- Working Clients Account department to recover payments
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent Negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Analytical and computer skills and ability to recognize clients needs
Reliable and can work independently with minimum supervision
