Key Responsibilities

1. Handle Customer Queries and Complaints (Voice & SemiVoice)

  • Customer Support: Assist customers with their queries via voice and semi-voice channels.
  • Issue Resolution: Address complaints, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.

2. Deliver Exceptional Service to International Clients

  • Global Clientele: Work with international clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Maintain Quality: Deliver top-notch customer service while adhering to company standards and protocols.

3. Maintain Accurate Customer Records

  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including issues raised and solutions provided.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up with clients as needed to guarantee resolution of any open issues.

4. Collaborate with Internal Teams to Enhance Customer Satisfaction

  • Teamwork: Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and improve customer service processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to enhancing the customer experience by identifying areas for process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills Required

1. Educational Requirements

  • Graduate or Undergraduate: Candidates from any stream are welcome to apply.

2. Experience Requirements

  • Freshers and Experienced Candidates: Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with experience in customer service or related roles.
