Role & Responsibilities: International Voice Process
What Does the International Voice Process Job Involve?
As an International Voice & Non-Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer calls and chats from various international locations, particularly the U.S. and Dubai. This role involves providing product/service support or technical assistance to customers who call in with issues or inquiries.
Key duties include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Managing customer queries and providing solutions
- Providing support for technical or product-related issues
- Working with international clients to resolve customer issues
Preferred Candidate Profile: Who We’re Looking For
Ideal Candidate for International Voice Process
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Fluency in English: Excellent communication skills are a must
- Freshers & Experienced Candidates: Open to both entry-level and experienced applicants
- Educational Qualifications: Open to both Undergraduates and Graduates
- Shift Requirements: Available to work in 24/7 rotational shifts with week offs (5 days a week)
- Immediate Joiners Only: Looking for candidates who can join immediately
Key Requirements:
- Assessment Process: ROI - JAM, Assessment, and Operations Rounds
- Shift Details: 24/7 availability with rotational shifts and week-offs
- Cab Facility: Two-way cab service available for night shifts within a 25km radius of the office
- Work Location: Office-based job (work-from-office only)
- Strict Eligibility: No virtual interviews or out-of-station candidates
Note: Pursuing education candidates are not eligible.
