As an Admissions Counsellor, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets and enhancing the institution’s visibility and reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Cold Calling: Reach out to potential students and parents to generate interest in our programs and services.
- Promote Educational Programs: Clearly explain the details of our courses, including benefits, value propositions, and unique selling points.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed admission goals through a results-driven and strategic approach.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with leads and prospects to maximize conversion rates.
- Track and Report Sales: Monitor your sales performance and regularly update your progress against goals.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Freshers with a degree in MBA (Marketing) are encouraged to apply.
- Graduates with prior experience in service sales (B2C), particularly in the Education sector, will be given preference.
