Position Details
Role: US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: Freshers (2024 Pass Outs)
Location: JNTU, Hyderabad
Work Timings: 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST
Note: Candidates should be comfortable working in US Timezone (Night Shifts)
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate (B.Sc, B.Com, BA, etc.)
(Note: We are not considering B.Tech/BE graduates for this role.) - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a MUST
- Work Timings: Ability to work during US timings (Night Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities
As a US IT Recruiter/Bench Sales Recruiter, your key responsibilities will include:
1. End-to-End IT Recruitment
- Perform activities related to the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placement.
2. Learn US Staffing Best Practices
- Understand and implement the best practices for staffing in the US market.
3. Sourcing and Screening Candidates
- Source, screen, and shortlist resumes based on the required skills and job specifications.
4. Interview Coordination
- Coordinate with interview panels for conducting phone, Skype, and in-person interviews.
5. IT Skills Knowledge (Good to Have)
- Having a basic understanding of IT skills and MS Office is advantageous.
