Key Highlights of the Job:
- No Sales, No Target
- Immediate joining required
- 5 working days and 2 days off per week
- Two-way cab service provided for all shifts (pickup and drop)
Role Overview
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Query Resolution: The primary responsibility of the role is to address and resolve customer queries via voice calls in a professional manner.
- Exceptional Customer Handling: Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be able to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts including afternoon and night shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: HSC / Diploma / UG & PG Arts and Science / UG & PG Engineering graduates are welcome to apply.
- English Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English with a decent accent is a must.
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
Compensation Details
- Fresher Salary: CTC ₹2.90 LPA
- Experienced Candidates: CTC up to ₹5 LPA (depending on experience)
